Tickets

TicketBot has two main ticket views in the dashboard.

My Tickets

My Tickets shows tickets you opened (and tickets you were added to), across all servers you have access to.

Use this when you want to find your own transcript or follow up on a ticket you created.

Server Tickets (staff)

When you select a server, Tickets becomes a staff queue for that specific server.

You can typically filter by things like:

  • subject
  • author
  • assignee
  • open/closed status
