Categories

Ticket channels are created inside a Discord category. Categories are configured per subject.

Where new ticket channels for this subject are created.

If you don’t select a category, TicketBot creates one automatically (typically named “Tickets”).

Automatically move answered tickets

If enabled, TicketBot moves the ticket channel between two categories depending on who the ticket is waiting on:

  • after a staff reply → moves to the answered category
  • after a user reply → moves back to the main ticket category

Answered ticket category

This setting appears when Automatically move answered tickets is enabled. It’s the category used when a ticket is waiting on the user.
