Dashboard
The Dashboard page (server analytics) is available when you have admin access on a server.
What you’ll find here
- Ticket volume for the selected period
- Message volume
- Average first response time
- Top subjects and top supporters
- Subscription status indicators (if applicable)
Where to find it
Select a server in My Servers, then open Dashboard in the sidebar.
