When enabled, TicketBot sends the ticket creator a DM when the ticket closes. You can include a transcript link button.

Note: Ticket transcripts are saved in the dashboard regardless. The DM is just a convenience.

Close Buttons

Add "Close now" button

When delayed closing is enabled, this adds a button that lets users close immediately instead of waiting for the timer.

Add "Cancel close" button

When delayed closing is enabled, this adds a button that cancels a scheduled close.

If “force close” is enabled, the cancel button is disabled.

Instead of closing immediately, tickets enter a grace period and close when the timer expires.

This works with the Close now and Cancel close buttons (if enabled).

Auto-Close Settings Premium

Automatically close tickets with no replies Premium

Automatically closes tickets when the user doesn’t reply within a configured timeframe.

This is a two-step flow:

• wait (X) time after the last user message, then send a warning
• close the ticket if there’s still no user reply after (Y) time

Only user messages reset the timer (staff messages do not).

Close Behavior Premium

Close tickets on server leave Premium

Automatically closes a user’s ticket when they leave the Discord server.

If delayed closing is enabled, the ticket follows the normal delay flow; otherwise it closes immediately.

Require close reason Premium

Requires a reason when closing tickets. TicketBot will show a modal and store the reason with the ticket transcript.
