Welcome message

When enabled, TicketBot posts a custom first message in every new ticket for this subject.

Use Edit message to configure text/embeds. Use Edit buttons if you want actions like Close or Claim on the welcome message.

Command Response Message

This message is sent when a staff member creates a ticket on behalf of a user via the Discord context menu. Tickets created this way can skip parts of the usual creation flow (like welcome messages/templates), depending on your configuration.

Ticket Buttons

When a user creates a ticket through the /ticket command or by clicking a button on a panel, you can configure the bot to send them an ephemeral (private) message in the same channel containing a button that links directly to their newly-created ticket channel.

Forms & Questions

Require users to fill out a form Premium

When enabled, users must answer your predefined questions before the ticket is created. Answers are included in the ticket.
